How Can UTI And Fever Be Treated?

i am 20 years women, i am suffering uti in earlier and take medicine from doctor recently suffering low great fever from jun (02 - 06). temp 99-99.5. then seen to doctor and he advise to some medicine Napa and also execute lot of medicine, but not cure in low fever now,

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

It looks like you are suffering from severe UTI. Visit ER, get CBC, Urinalysis (R/E & C/S) done. In the meantime take care of your hygiene, drink plenty of water, avoid sex for a couple of days if you are sexually active, stay away from public toilets. Take acetaminophen (Tylenol) when fever, Bactrim DS one tablet twice daily for 14 days. However, you should take these medications after consultation with your PCP for in case of severe UTI you will need intravenous injections. Get treated get well. Take care.
