How Can A PCOS Female Get Pregnant Naturally?

I am having PCOD problem. my age is 26 years. just now one month ago, we are started planning for pregnancy. but I am scared will I get pregnant or not because of this problem. my Menstrual cycle is always exceeds 8 days. hence it is difficult for me to know my fertile period. doctor please help me out as I want to get pregnant naturally. my weight is 63kg and height is 165 cm. thank you

Hello dear,I understand your concern.In my opinion PCOD is one of the treatable causes of infertility.Its good that your height and weight are appropriate.But it will be good if there is weight loss of about 2 kg.So adapt healthy lifestyle like exercise daily and take healthy nutritional diet.In pcod we cannot predict the fertile period.So regular intercourse like daily increases the conception chances.Avoid stress.
