How Can A Bad Habit Of Sucking Lips Be Treated?

Hi, I have a bad habit that I've had since childhood. I suck on my bottom lip and whenever I do it calms and relzaxes me just like a pacifier for a baby. I wondering if this is a nervous condition and how I can get rid of it, because I'll be 23 next week!!!

Sucking lips have nothing to do with neuro or pshchitrc problem, its just bad habit of doing repeatedly one movement all the time, commonly it is involuntary so the best solution its counselling yourself whenever u find yourself doing that.repeated voluntary cessation of that will definatly help as u are growing in twenties.
