How Can A Blood Disorder Be Treated?
Gr and-daughter has serious blood condition that is not lupus, but has the word lupus in the definition of her disorder. Stsrted with clot by her kidney.treated with weekly injections. Two wks.later a stroke.Ho do we know if the treament she gets is what she needs. thnk you.

Hello,
She is having thromboembolic event. Thrombosis occlude the artery Hence blood supply to the organ is affected. So, stroke and kidney clot occurred.
For that, initially low molecular weight heparin can be given as injectable course. And then, oral medications prescribed like warfarin or rivaroxaban like drugs.
Clotting disorder panel can be investigated to search cause for thrombosis. Please, provide your reports to us for giving more comment.
