How Can A Bruised Knee Be Treated?
I have bruises on both sides of my knee about a 1/2 lower from the knee cap. I exercise but have not hit my knee or experienced any extreme pain. I had knee arthroscopy surgery two years ago to smooth cartilage damage but otherwise that knee has been healthy.

Bruises are nothing but a collection of blood underneath the skin. Generally it will settle by itself even without any treatment. If symptoms persist you can consult a physician and get evaluated.
