How Can A Bulge On The Forehead Be Treated?

Finger nail sized bulge located above leftside of my forehead, just into the hairline, no redness. After afew days turned to 3 red marks what looks like bites, no bulge, but swollen lymph nodes next to ear drum and down neck, my eyes are sore, and the left side of my nose feels weird and ichy, and I feel weakish. Any advice?

* Primary pain killer will give relief , but definite examination with a
