Hello,
Welcome to HCM,

As your son is having this problem for quite a some time now. As he is having this problem for many days he shoild be evaluated properly.

He requires stool examination, blood routine and urine examinatiom along with thorough examination of your son.

For the present symptoms I would suggest him to follow
Personal hygiene
Good eating habits
Oral rehydration salt solution
Smashed food
Toilet training.
With this his symptoms may improve but he should be thoroughly evaluated.
Thank you.
