How Can A Cluster Of Small Bumps On The Skin Be Treated?

I have a small cluster of bumps (rash), that have white tips to them. I woke up yesterday with only 4 and now there are about 12 of them. What could cause this kind of rash and how do I treat it? If need be, I took a picture if there is a way to send it to you.

Hello
Thanks for the query.
Probably you have developed folliculitis.
It is a bacterial infection.
Your description is suggestive of that.
I treat such cases with a topical antibiotic cream like mupirocine twice daily for a week.
You can ask a direct query here and send photograph.
This would help me in giving a closer diagnosis.
Let me know if you have any other doubts.
Thank you.
I find this answer helpful
