How Can A Cut In The Heel Be Treated?

I have a small cut on my left heel. I stepped on some broken glss and it crushed on my foot causing a cut. A day after my cut on the heel started to heal, but it looks like it cant heal. When i spread the cut further, i saw some yellow bubbles in my cut and when i put hydrogen peroxide on it, nothing stinged. I need help into how to treat the wound fast and let it heal fast. Also, should i run around or not and will it affect the wound? Thanks.

I do not thing you are doing it right by try to do all these things. I would suggest you to show it to a doctor and let him decide. If it is a small tear then it can be heal with dressing and it will not need any intervention. But if it is a big tear and there is sign of infection then I am afraid it will need surgical intervention. It will need to clean up the wound and may need suturing. Also i would suggest you to get a tetanus prophylaxis as these type of wounds can get contaminated and can lead to many complications.
