Hello and welcome to HCM. I have gone through your query and i can say that the uvula deviation may occur due to infection and swelling. Sore Throat suggest that she is having an infection and her Pharyngeal Lymph Nodes may be involved causing swelling of those Lymph Nodes and which may have deviated the uvula to the other side. I would suggest her to take Antibiotics, Anti-histaminics and Do Saline Gargles TiD for a week. But the dosage of drugs will differ according to the age and weight of your daughter.
