How Can A Facial Lump With Discoloration Be Treated?

I have a lump on my face, on the bridge of my nose and it seems to be getting bigger, I thought it was a spot but it hasn't turned into a spot, i've had it for a while now and it's starting to make me concerned and I would like to get rid of it but I don't know what it is. It turns white if I frown and it is quite large.

For the right treatment right diagnosis of the cause of the lump on the nose bridge is to be done.
Cause of lump -It very difficult to comment on the cause of the lump on the bridge as the data is insufficient. Following possibilities could be ruled out with help from your doctor-DERMOID CYST/ACNE/Boil/Epidermoid Cyst/Syringoma/Sebaceous Cyst.
From the size told by you, possibility of it being Dermoid Cyst / or Sebaceous Cyst-is more
So Don't worry.Its not cancerous .
Still if worried I would advise you to get the USG guided FNAC biospy, to rule out it being cancerous.
This would help you to plan treatment with your doctor, whom you should plan your visit urgently , before it complicates any more.
