How Can A Forehead Pimple With Pain, Pus And Swelling Be Treated?

I recently just popped a pimple in the middle of my forehead and some white liquid came out. I don t believe it was ready to be popped because it was very very swollen and I felt some pain. I ended up breaking the skin and it is still slightly swollen and it has turned into a semi deep hole and my skin around it feels kind of thick, how do I heal this?
