hi i am 28 years old .my problem is i have some problem with my penis.once i push back the skin on the penis there is some white coloured substance and it has ver bad smell.once wash with water the skin removed.my skin on that area is very very soft .so if i make sex there is some bruises on the skin.i make sex with condom only.pls tell me what is my problem.i am waiting for your advice.
