How Can A Frenulum Tear With A Lump Be Treated?

Hi, I have a penile condition and I m not sure what it is or how do I solve it. According to what I ve read online.. the frenelum at the tip of my penis head had a small tear. It started of as a burning sensation when urinating and I only figured out why when having intercourse. A few times it was unprotected and it was sometimes painful or rough. So i started using condoms. One night I realise there were signs of blood in the c*m. I freaked out thinking it was a deep condition but I realize checking the next day that there has been a small injury just a few mm deeper from the tip of the frenelum. A few times I freaked out waking up to and finding spots or signs of dried up blood in my boxers. I tried gently dabbing/cleaning it just to be safe with a tissue. Then the injured area kind of got stuck with the tissue. As I pulled the tissue away it looked like a mini version of bubblegum being stretched and finally released. That s when the tear became a lump instead. So I didn t masturbate or have intercourse for months thinking the condition would go away. But it was still there and currently is. Now it still bleeds a little when I masturbate and the lump must have increased a little due to the masturbation because it s now a little visible at the end of the frenelum tip. What is going on??? I even thought about using a little diluted dettol solution on a cotton bud to clean the area (but figuring that it wouldn t work or make it worse, I didn t)

Hello, Sir
Welcome to healthcaremagic.
I can certainly understand your concern.
I have worked through your query in detail.
Frenulum tear in your case requires surgical correction through a procedure called circumcision. This procedure removes the foreskin completely and offers excellent glide during the sexual penetration. A frenulum tear is more prone for infection and bleeding. Hence it should be completely excised.Likewise, this procedure also reduces the risk of acquiring sexually transmitted infections. This procedure is also relatively well tolerated and takes around fifteen minutes for completion with minimal post operative complications. Antibiotics are prescribed in the post operative period for five days. Consultation with an Urologist is mandatory for expert surgical opinion. Please check with your physician if he shares my view and if can prescribe these medications to you.
Post your further queries if any.
Thank you
