How Can A Hard Lump In Between The Vagina And Anus Be Treated?

Hi, I m a 19 year old girl not sexually active and about two weeks ago I noticed a skin coloured bump between my vagina and anus which doesn t hurt and kinda goes from squishy to hard all the time, also it s noticable when I close my legs but stretches out if I open them.I was wondering if this is normal or has anyone else had this and could help me figure out what it is. I haven t told anyone about it because I wanted to wait and see if it would just go away but this is 2 weeks after and I m really scared. Thanks
