How Can A Large Labia Minora With Irritation And Odor Be Treated?

my daughter has a large labia minora that causes iritations and she says it smells dow there. She also get alot of yeast infections even thought she has started to wear loose fitting clothing. she says it rubs against her and when she put on her pants it goes inside of her and she's always pulling down her pants from her crouch . she says it's uncomfortable and takes alot of showers because she says it stinks down there and she can smell it. what can i do to make her feel more confortable.

I have gone through your query.Your problem is most likely Bacterial vaginosis and associated yeast infection.For my patients with such condition i treat with combination of antibiotics like metronidazole or clindamycin with clotrimazole in form of vaginal suppository or oral tab.I also recommend them to use intimate wash regularly to normalize vaginal bacterial flora and PH and there by prevent from getting further infections.It is better to use cotton panties with a panty liner which will decrease your irritation.Hope this may help you.
