How Can A Large Lump In The Right Breast Be Treated?

A few weeks ago, I noticed a very large lump in my right breast. I have always had pretty fibrous breasts so I do regular exams and never noticed anything prior. The lump is approximately three inches. Now my breasts are swollen and painful and there is redness on the skin.
