How Can A Leg Burn With White Itchy Lumps Be Treated?

I have a burn that is maybe 2 inches long & an inch wide on my leg. I got it 2 weeks ago by flames. I have been keeping it covered & have put neosporin on it. It looks to have burned several layers off, has a red ring around it & now is white & veiny looking in the middle. It also has white bumps in it that are sometimes itchy. It s not painful or hot/warm to the touch. Does it sound like it s infected?

Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Dear patient
It seems you have got infected ulcer on leg due to burns. This needs expert care for early healing. I would advise daily dressing with betadine and hydrogen peroxide until it's completely red looking. Intravenous antibiotics should be given for imitial five days.then you should ask for split thickness skin grafting by plastic surgeon. Now a days two expert therapy for wound care is available 1. VAC therapy 2. Hyperbaric Oxygen therapy. Both have equally good results and early wound healing occurs. All the best.
