How Can A Medical Abortion S Completion Be Confirmed?

I had a miscarriage before 12 days I have a too much calf pain but during rest It feels better.i missed my period one time but I was bleeding after two days after missed my period.it was few clots n bleed sometimes when I gone for urination.i have no insurance I don t know my miscarriage was done or not.?I did a pregnancy test which was negative.but I m scaring I don t want any child.i have two also.help me.

Hi there, I will suggest you the best possible treatment options.

First of all do not panic.

As you have negative pregnancy test results, you are most likely not pregnant.
In case of any doubt blood beta HCG test and USG will be of help.

In your case, when you are having a missed period and urine pregnancy test is negative and there is history of bleeding with clots, it's possible that it was not a miscarriage but delayed periods due to some kind of hormonal changes. This mostly happens when the ovulation function of the ovary is not perfect.

Please seek good sex counseling advice, about whether you want to get pregnant or not.
