Hi,
Thanks for asking.
A normal menstruation with ovulation &normal sperms are basic nedds for a healthy conception.
-Before planning for pregnancy you dhould get sure about both these things . Get your ovulation study &his semen analysis done (after3 days of abstinence)... get any problem in reports treated by a sterility specialist. ( or Gynecologist )..
-Also investigations for infections (stds, rubella, diabetes, thyroid function) are advisiable for further prevention.
* Once confirmed about the normality ... you can plan for pregnancy .
-Take folic acid 5 mg pill daily once (both of you)
-Have an unprotected sex around ovulation day.
*- Go for home pregnancy test after 8 days delay in periods.
-Consult your gynecologist for hormone supllimentation after pregnancy is diagnosed. (Inform doctir about your previous problem in detail.. show all the medical reports.)
- Be under expert advisethrough out pregnancy &delivery.
In case you need more help I would be available on healthcare magic..elite group.
Thanks.
