I am 9 weeks late. Blood test confirm not pregnant. My ultrasound says i have a anteverted and heterogeneous uterus measuring 7 × 3 × 4cm. Endometrial thickness of 2mm. No space occupying the lesion. Right ovary has 7 follicles and a large dominant follicle of 20mm. Left ovary has 15 small follicles and the largest is 4mm.
