How Can A Neck Lump With Soreness And Prominence Be Treated?

Hi, I am a young female, and I just discovered a lump on my neck that looks a lot like an Adam s apple, but maybe a little higher? It appears to rise and disappear as I swallow, and is sore if I push on it. Is this something I should be worried about, and what are the options if this is my Adam s apple popping out? I don t want it getting any more prominent!

it could be due to thyroid swelling, kindly evaluate with blood tests and ultrasound neck. For that you need to see an ent surgeon.
