Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

1. First of all for cosmetic problem go for laser therapy if possible
2. If laser is contraindicated then go for surgery cosmetic surgery
3. If you want to skip surgery then i will recommend you to cosmotologist to treat it through medicine.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Note: Consult an experienced Otolaryngologist / ENT Specialist online for further follow up on ear, nose, and throat issues - Book a Call now.
