Hi, welcome to Health care magic forum. Good judgement, before going to the sitting job, you better think of making the knees to move. Try vigorously to control the weight, by cutting the calories, and try to increase the physical activity, and reduce the sleeping time. I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms neurotropic injections for 10 consecutive days, and then periodically, and pain killers, if necessory but sparingly. Avoid taking potato, other tubers, tomato, egg, chicken, and sea foods. You can have a computer aided jobs, like making greetings, application forms, or job work etc. You can have a xerax machine. You can take up tutions, on line or personal. Wishing for a quick and complete recovery.
