Infectious Diseases Specialist Dr. Arun's  Response
Hello, Thnx to contact us. If I am your treating doctor I would like to advice you that this insect bite will heal in a week or two after your this complaint. I also advice you that your current drug augmentin and silverex gel is enough for the purpose. You are taking the antibiotics so there is no question of infection. Only thing you have to maintain the hygiene, and proper wound care. Give time to wound to heal. If you have anything else to ask please contact me. Thanx. Dr. Arun Tank
