How Can A Painful Lump On The Shin Be Treated?
I fell against a sharp edge and hit my shin just above the ankle. Besides severe bruising I developed a lump. After 12 days bruising seems to be turning yellow, but there is no improvement with the lump which is very painful. I’m icing three or four times a day, taking anti inflammatory meds.
