Understanding your concern. As per your query you have painful thigh pimple with burning sensation which occur because skin has increased sensitivity of getting pigmented and it is due to abundance of sebaceous glands in these areas .Is is due to bacterial infection lesion as well which is leading to folliculitis. I would suggest you to wash area with plain water three times a day. Apply Clindamycin gel on it. You should not prick or touch pimples , exfoliate your skin to remove dead skin and bacteria's. You should apply vitamin C serum at night. Avoid stress. Take supplements rich in vitamin B12. You should drink plenty of water. Visit dermatologist once and get it examined. Start treatment after proper diagnosis is made out. Doctor may prescribe antibiotics , isotretinoin containing ointment or procedures like chemical peel.
