How Can A Painless Birth Scar On The Leg Be Treated?

So I am 24 years old and have had a permanent scar on my right leg which a doctor at birth (1990) told my mother that it was Lichen Striatus and would go away. But it hasn t. Whenever I go to a dermatologist they have no clue what it is. It is a lack of pigmentation sort of, but some of the spots have become darker, and if they are irritated they get deep red and raised and hurt to the touch, otherwise it is essentially painless. I am curious to know what it is once and for all.

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, if the spot is chronic one and not responding to any treatment and dermatologist does not make it out, then this could be Lichen lesion and nothing can be done for this, and no need to worry about this, it does not cause any harm, hope this information helps, take care.
