Even though he has not ejaculated inside your vagina, the pre-ejaculatory secretions (precum) do get deposited without notice. Precum does contain some sperms which can cause pregnancy.
To confirm the status of your pregnancy, you have following options:
1. Get Beta hCG test done on your blood 10 days after the last unprotected sex. Values more than 25 mIU/ml are diagnostic of pregnancy while in non-pregnant state, the values remain under 5 mIU/ml.
2. Wait for menses to appear. Missing a period is the first cardinal symptom of pregnancy.
3. If you miss your period, perform pregnancy test on overnight first morning urine sample a week after missed period; earlier these tests may report false negative.
4. There is another recent test which can detect the pregnancy 48 hours after fertilization. This test is Rosette Inhibition Assay for Early Pregnancy Factor. However this test is very costly and is time consuming.
I hope this helps you.
