I have reviewed your query and here is my advice
If this is the rectal prolapse then surgery is the only option. If it is the marginal prolapse and it is due to constipation, cure may be correcting the rectum prolapse. The degree of prolapse matters.
Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
