How Can A Ribcage Lump With Dull Pain Be Treated?

Hello on my left side bottom of ribs kind of in the back a little I have a little lump I have had it for about 3 years...it has not grown or gotten larger aqnd I have had doctors feel it and check it. However I have notice I am having dull pain on my left side and sounds crazy but it is right where my "fat roll" kinda tucks in on my rib. I know sounds crazy but can you have discomfort like that? Have you heard of that? Thank you so much!
