I m a 65 year old female and fell hard and hit my head on door frame February 9th. I immediately got a huge goose egg above right eye and put ice on right away. Also had contusion on upper cheek under eye. Went to ER and had CT Scan..no brain bleed was discharged. The bruising has faded but I still have a small knot on head and very sore, also upper cheek still very tender and numb feeling. I ve had ringing in my ears and this morning woke up off balance...is this normal? How long can goose egg last?
