How Can A Swelling Below The Glans Penis Be Treated?
I masturbated a lot during the past days and now i realized there’s some swelling below the gland, i’m 18 years old and circumsized since birth. Not experiencing any pain or itching, if i feel the swelling if feels like a rubber band. Should i be concerned about this?
