my age is 19 but i have lot of white hairs ,give some tips to reduce them

white hair ones come it will never turn to black by medicine
u need to do color.
but we can prevent new formation bt some change
-eat more protein diet
-avoid oily and spicy food
-do regular exercise
-do yoga and pranayam
-drink more water
-avoid direct sunexposure
-reduce your stress level
