i have a 'bump' on my right side/back close to hip. It isn't visible from the outside and very hard for someone else to feel, but I can feel it because it's tender to the touch. It started about two years ago and although it doesn't seem to have grown in in size, it seems more tender and if I try to feel it or touch it, it's like the discomfort runs down a little and around the front to my stomach.
The possible issue here can be a lipoma, neurofibroma others. Needs clinical examination and ultrasound of the soft tissue to confirm the diagnosis and further management guidelines.
