welcome to Health care magic.
1.It can be a superficial lump causing irritation to water and pain.
2.I could be a simple infection / inflammation but needs attention before it gets complicated.
3.First get an appointment with your doctor and ask for an ultrasound scrotum scan which will rule out all your query and finds out where it is arising from.
4.After the scan / examination you can get treated - nothing much to worry.
5.Hope i have helped with your query, wish you good health.
Anything to ask ? do not hesitate. Thank you.
