How Can A Vaginal Spot With Pus Be Treated?

Hi, I am a 30 year old female and I have found a small pus filled spot on the outside of my vagina just below the pubic hair. It doesn't itch or hurt and I had a vaginal swab test a few weeks back which came back all normal. Can you please advise? Thanks Kath
