How Can A Watery And Red Eye Along With Nose Congestion Be Treated?

All day my right eye is very red and watering along with constant clear fluid dripping from my right nostril. It feels like pins and needles in the upper part of that side of my nose and my eye is burning and stinging. Now I have pain on the cheek bone and above the eyebrow on the side. The pain has radiated to the point where my jawbone is hinged.

You are suffering from symptoms which are suggestive of allergic pharyngitis and rhinosinusitis. Start fluticasone nasal spray and antiallergic tablet levocetrizine. Take steam inhalation through mouth and nose. You are allergic to few things which you need to find out. Wear mask in dusty areas.
