I have gone through your query and would recommend you to take a course of oral and topical antibiotics.
I would recommend you to apply fusidic acid cream on the affected areas twice daily for 2 weeks and take tablet Cephalexin twice daily for 7 days. This should help in resolving the wound.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
