How Can A Wrist Blister With Redness And Vein Prominence Be Treated?

We are in bali Indonesia and my son has what I think is a spider bite on his right wrist - it is like a blister with redness around site . It also is tracking up his vein about half way up the forearm - what should we do ? I have given anti histamine and cleaned sore .

Hi...some of the spider bites can be very toxic. Please take him to the nearest emergency room or call the poison centre of your country if available. He requires to be examined by a physician.
