How Can A Yellow Eye Spot Causing Vision Problems Be Treated?

Woke up a month ago and noticed a yellow spot in my right eye that gradually fades but everytime i blink, it s kind of back again,a nd takes time to adjust with lighting. It s growing very slightly to the center of my vision and it s like looking into yellow celophane. I ve had this happen before and it lasted three weeks in the same eye, and it disappeared right before my eyes, no pun intended, but htis time it seems a bit worse and lasting a bit longer. what is it? what should i do? thanks
