How Can Abdomen, Vaginal And Thigh Pain Be Treated?

My USG reports reveals that i have a nodole of 20mm X 16mm in my right side of uterus. I am 30 yrs of age and not married. My weight is 59 kgs. I feel pain in lower abdomen and vaginal track during menstrual cycle. I also feel pain in my right thigh after the menstrual flow is over.my flow is normal. Sometimes the blood clots. I don't have any problem in urination or any sort of constipation problem. I work with computer and remain in sitting position atleast 7 hrs a day. What is the remedy to get out of this pain? I take contaceptive pill (as directed by my gynaecologist) for my irregular period. Please suggest a way.
