How Can Abdominal Bloating And Acid Reflux Be Treated?

Hi Doc,Everytime I eat, my belly bloats and heart burns.It continues for whole day. Some times my heart beat becomes very high and i fell restlessness.Even its hard for me to take burps.My mouth is generally dry. I have taken Facid 40 and Rabesec D but its of no help. I am working in a call centre and I have to wake up early at 4:30am. I am unable to get sufficient sleep.Suggest me what to do?

-take Simethicone medication for the bloating
-take acid reflux to low the acidity in the stomach
-avoid caffeine and smoking
-avoid food that aggravate bloating
