Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

* As per my clinical experience, the mere presence of a urinary infection can be treated with antibiotic, urinary alkaliser.
* If the abdomen pain persists after a period of time when you are getting recovery from urine infection , associated underlying condition as urinary calculi or other should be sought off for further evaluation with an Ultrasound examination.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
