How Can Accidental Ingestion Of Fabric Softener Be Managed?

Hi. I accidentally put fabric softener in my mouth thinking it was water. Around 30minutes ago. I don t believe I swallowed any but residue remained in my mouth for a few minutes until I was able to get some water. I haven t vomited. My mouth still tastes like it.should I be worried? What actions should I take? I m a 27 year old man. Thanks
