Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

* The presentation of narrated symptoms suggest that there is intestine infection with partial drug induced gastric upset ( which can be possible with Ranitidine intake ).

* Primary guidelines at present for better outcome:
- Maintain hydration with plenty of liquids.
- Dietary measures to avoid spicy, non veg, dairy fat, oily.
- Replace ranitidine against another PPI as Omeprazole or Pantoprazole for better gastric acid reflux control.
- Addition of antacid syrup as Mylanta or others help.
- Get prescription of anti spasmodic tablet as Dicyclomine or Drotaverine with your family doc.

Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
