How Can Acid Reflux, Leg Weakness With Fatigue Be Treated?
I am 56.5 years old and I am in perimenopause. I have acid reflux, weak legs and I actually feel sick and not as perky as even several months ago. My whole body feels like it is waging war on me. I get very tired now, where I used to work overtime to fill in for 2 gals and do my own job as well. I am sometimes too tired to think about working on Fridays for a 12 hour day. Dr. prescribed estrogen. It did balance me out, but all of these other symptoms........this year my eyesight is deteriorating.........
Hello, I have gone through your query and understood the concern. Perimenopause and menopause are conditions where the altered hormone balance with dwindling levels coupled with advancing age reflect in many ways and almost on all functions of the body. In addition to estrogens, you would also need nutritional supplements, plenty of fluids, fresh fruit and vegetables, correction of other hormone deficiencies, exercise and counseling. Grouping with similar people is helpful to overcome the phase. Please discuss with your health care provider. Hope this helps.
