How Can Acne Scars On The Face Be Treated?

Hi sir. I am 22 years old. A few months ago, I had whiteheads all over my cheek. I didn t bother to consult any doctor as I thought they would go on their own but after 3-4 months they started getting infected. I consulted with the doctor, he gave me accutane. Now I have acne on my face. Its clear but there are a few scars and 3-4 holes on my cheek due to the acne. Doctor suggested me to apply Aziderm 10% all over my face for the scars. But when ever I use it I get small bumps on my face. Can you suggest me any cream for acne scarring and holes due to accutane

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

For acne scars I would suggest either dermabrasion, laser resurfacing, microneedling or subcision wherein the goal is to break the fibrous track. Pulling down the skin at the site of scar and to stimulate new collagen formation so as to fill up the defect. Creams won't have any effect on acne scars.
