How Can Acute Constipation, Eye Heaviness And Head Lightness Be Treated?

Hi whenever I have a b m most of the time have to use glycol suppositories . After bm feel heaviness over my eyes n fell like keeping them closed. Feel like taking a short nap , try to get sleep but don't get any. Head feels light as well.what is it and can it be cured.have this problem since 4-5 years.

Hello,

You may be suffering from chronic insomnia or chronic fatigue.

The symptoms you mentioned are the symptoms of chronic fatigue.

Do regular exercise and yoga. Drink plenty of water and liquids.

Use tablet pantoprazole.

Take a high fiber diet and use syrp lactulose.

If symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
