How Can Acute Hard Stools With Anus Pain And Pus Be Treated?

hi, doctor, before last 20 days one morning due hard stool i suffered lot pains in rear part of anus near to back bone. after 5 days i found some pus is coming after pressing that part and pains get cleared after pressing. local physician gave me some antibiotics amoxycillin and painkiller paracetamol. But condition till today is same. in a day i need to press the position. upto last 42days bleeding was observed but now only pus 1-2 drops is coming Doctor plz guide me

Hard stools or constipation can definitely cause bleeding from rectum or bleeding in stools as in your case. It's because of the compression of blood vessels which dilate and rupture due to pressure effect of hard stools... I would advise you to take high Fibre diet...take atleast 30 grams of Fibre daily... Isabgol husk or bran can be taken with water in night time after taking meals.. Eat Papaya daily and cucumber also .. Syrup lactulose around 15 ml can also be taken to make stool soft, stop it if it causes loose stools...Regarding the pus problem, you should apply neomycin powder on the area twice a day and consult your surgeon, since the abscess may require incision and drainage.. Bleeding for more than a month must have caused anaemia.. Better get a hemogram done... You can start taking haematinic syrups like dexorange two teaspoon twice daily after meals for atleast one month...
